Hello friends!
Just tapping back in with you all regarding the GoFundMe account I started last year. Our targeted goal was to raise $15k to buy the land in Kampala, Uganda where the 32 orphans are currently living on in order to help elevate their living conditions. Currently, we are close to reaching our goal!
Poverty in Uganda hit pretty hard over the last 8 months and we ended up using a lot of the funds for food and supplies for the children. In order to increase our contributions to this small orphanage in Kampala I started a nonprofit called www.ALittleBitGoesALongway.org to not only help this community but to also help communities in need around the world. We are currently finalizing steps to submit our application to obtain our 501(c)3 certification.
